KidWind’s professional development program offers hands-on training to teach energy concepts to students in grades 4-12. Through interactive activities, attendees gain the skills and knowledge needed to integrate clean energy topics into their curriculum. KidWind’s program uses solar panels and circuitry to help educators engage students in learning about clean energy technologies, the grid, and workforce development. The training emphasizes real-world applications, problem-solving, and STEM skills, empowering educators to inspire the next generation of innovators. Teachers will get to take home their KidWind solar kits.
Light breakfast and lunch will be provided.
