Ørsted develops, constructs, and operates offshore and onshore wind farms, solar farms, energy storage facilities, renewable hydrogen and green fuels facilities, and bioenergy plants. Moreover, Ørsted provides energy products to its customers.

Ørsted is the only energy company in the world with a science-based net-zero emissions target as validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), and Ørsted aims to deliver a net-positive biodiversity impact from all new renewable energy projects it commissions from 2030 at the latest.

Classroom Starter Kits
KidWind and our partners have developed a suite of materials that we use to teach about wind and solar energy fill out a form and we will get some materials heading your way.

Virtual Workshops
We have distilled our award-winning workshops into virtual trainings that you can do from the comfort of your living room. These are hands-on workshops where you will learn enough content knowledge to get going as well as a wide variety of practical activities for your classroom.

Annual REcharge Academy
Our in-person REcharge Academy is an annual summer flagship event that provides our deepest dive into renewable energy education. At this weeklong Academy, educators learn from guest lecturers, engage in hands-on learning, collaborate on projects and even go on field trips. EDPR sponsors many educators to attend these events.
