In this FREE teacher workshop, we will review energy and electricity basics, design and test blades in a wind tunnel, and explore related energy education resources and curricula. Participants will learn about the Pennsylvania KidWind Challenge and gain tips for coaching student teams through the process of designing and constructing small-scale turbines. The training emphasizes real-world applications, problem-solving, and STEM skills, empowering educators to inspire the next generation of innovators.
Participants will each receive a free KidWind Advanced Wind Experiment Kit.
Light breakfast and lunch will also be provided.
The number of attendees is limited, so register today!
