This training workshop is for coaches interested in supporting teams through the Clean Energy Olympics but cannot attend the in-person workshop. Coaches will be mailed the materials, supplies, and curriculum required to support 1-3 teams through the competition.
The workshop will occur in two VIRTUAL sessions. The first session will happen Thursday, January 22, 4:30-7:30pm. This meeting will focus on the logistical components of the competition as well as some hands-on practice and discussion that can help coaches envision how they’d like to implement the content in their school or student group.
The second session will happen Thursday, January 29, 4:30-7:30pm, and is for coaches who would like to earn a Continuing Education credit through their coaching role. This session will include a more robust hands-on component and deeper coverage of wind and solar design and physics.
