KidWind’s professional development program offers hands-on training to teach energy concepts to students in grades 4-12. Through interactive activities, attendees gain the skills and knowledge needed to integrate clean energy topics into their curriculum. KidWind’s program uses wind turbines, blade design, and circuitry to help educators engage students in learning about clean energy technologies, the grid, and workforce development. The training emphasizes real-world applications, problem-solving, and STEM skills, empowering educators to inspire the next generation of innovators. No prior knowledge required.

Teachers Will Receive:

• $150 in materials
• $200 stipend
• Breakfast and lunch at the workshop
• Opportunities to attend follow-up webinars/office hours for additional training
