Calling all Wind Teams!
Wind Team Coaches are invited to bring their team(s) to Nauticus to test their wind turbine in a KidWind wind tunnel and enjoy FREE admission to the newly rennovated Nauticus Museum in downtown Norfolk. The wind tunnel will be available for unlimited use and space will be available for any needed repairs. After testing is complete, teams are welcome to enjoy their remaining time on site exploring the many hands-on exhibits at the museum.
Bring: Wind turbine, blades, record keeping journals, and any necessary supplies for blade/turbine repair.
NOTE: Names of ALL attendees will need to be submitted to Kim Ward BY Jan. 20 to ensure time to secured admission tickets. ONLY the KidWind Coach and team members will be admitted free of charge.
