We are the Mavericks, we are a team of 8th graders from Topsham, Maine. Our names are Sophia, Lucy, and Morgan. We learned about renewable energy and used the engineering design process to create and test our wind turbine in STEM class. We worked really hard and stayed after school many days to improve our results. We are excited to represent our school and Maine at the World Challenge!
