This May, over 800 students and coaches from 60+ regional events will travel to Phoenix, Arizona for the 2025 World KidWind Challenge! KidWind hosts this event alongside our partners at American Clean Power Association’s CLEANPOWER.

➜ Title Sponsorship: $25,000+
These funds help KidWind cover travel, lodging, and meals for our team, who will be traveling from across the country to Phoenix to serve as judges, facilitators, and support staff at Worlds. They also help us to provide consumable materials used during our Instant Challenges, pay for table and chair rentals, and cover expected electrical and AV cost. As you can see, Title Sponsors are integral to the success of the event. Without them, we would be unable to hold this event!
All Title Sponsors of the 2025 World KidWind Challenge will have the opportunity to speak at either the Kickoff or Awards ceremonies and will have their logos prominently displayed on the website and all marketing and branded materials at the event.

➜ Competition Element Sponsorship
- ➜ WIND TUNNELS: $5,000
- Sponsor one of the large KidWind wind tunnels that each team participating in the Wind Challenge uses to test their turbines. Your logo will be displayed on both sides of the wind tunnel which is placed in our highest traffic spectator area. In addition, members from your organization will have the opportunity to volunteer to help run this key competition component. We hope to have 6 wind tunnels at the event, each up for sponsorship!
- ➜ SOLAR HOME TESTING: $5,000
- Sponsor our new solar testing rig, the Solar Blast, that each team participating in the Solar Challenge uses to test their solar home. Your logo will be displayed on both sides of the array which is placed alongside our high traffic spectator area. In addition, members from your organization will have the opportunity to volunteer to help run this key competition component. Your team can also volunteer to sit on our judges panel to see the design presentations. We hope to have 2 testing arrays at the event, each up for sponsorship!
- ➜ INSTANT CHALLENGE MATERIALS: $3,000
- Each year, we design unique, on-the-spot challenges that test students' knowledge, skills, teamwork, and creativity. Your sponsorship will help us purchase the essential materials needed for this year's six exciting challenges, including an offshore wind simulation, energy efficiency scale modeling, circuitry and solar panel configuration, and wake effect activities. Sponsors will be acknowledged on event signage and have the opportunity to help design the activity and your team will be invited to watch as the teams take on these real world challenges in the event room!

- ➜ WIND & SOLAR CHAMPION AWARDS: $5,000
- Top performers and other select teams will receive trophies and prizes at our closing Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, May 21st. These funds will cover the costs of designing and making these awards. We are looking for two awards sponsors this season, one for the Wind Champions and a second for the Solar Champions. In addition to recognition in our Worlds agenda and during the Awards Ceremony, your team will have the opportunity to present the awards to the winning teams at the ceremony and your logo will appear on the award.
- ➜ STUDENT SWAG BAGS: $5,000
- Each year, we provide every student team member with a custom event-specific swag bag filled with goodies like notebooks, pens, stickers, and snacks. By sponsoring these bags, your logo will be prominently displayed, and you'll have the opportunity to include your own branded items for students to enjoy. It's a fun and memorable way to support our event and connect with the next generation of innovators.
- ➜ STOCK THE TOOL TABLE: $3,000
- Since the teams fly to the event, they are unable to bring hand tools that they need to tinker with and fix their turbines and solar structures. Help us provide stations where the teams can borrow these tools (think everything from wrenches and hand saws to solder and hot glue) and find extra blade-making materials, solar panels, and turbine parts. You will be recognized in the Worlds agenda and your logo will be displayed on each tool table.
HELP GET TEAMS TO WORLDS!
➜ TEAM TRAVEL SUPPORT FUND TARGET: $20,000
Pay into our Team Travel Support Fund. We hope to raise $20,000 to distribute to teams to cover transportation and lodging costs. All donations to this fund, at any amount, are welcome! Your logo will appear on a large “Thank You” sign in the main hall of the competition venue, on any team gear, the team’s regional and community media, and on the KidWind Worlds website.

➜ TABLE AT THE EVENT: $2,500
Get the opportunity to promote your organization and distribute materials to the estimated 800 students, coaches, and chaperones attending the event at your own table in the competition venue. Examples of groups tabling from past events include 3D Printing Services, tool providers, and VR game studios.
