Windy Horseshoe is a team of seniors from Mervo High School in Baltimore Maryland. Rayvon, Pablo and Andre are returning for their second time, finishing first last year and second this year in Maryland.
Happy to be returning after our adventure at the 2023 National KidWind Challenge. Exploring wind and solar power is fun. Our team is all Seniors except for our new Sophomore member.
We are The 2 Dominators, two 8th graders (Abel and Yubraj) from Sand Creek Middle School in Albany, New York. We have been participating in the Kidwind Competition for 3 years now. We are glad to represent South Colonie at Worlds!
We are the 3 Musketeers from the Londonderry School in Harrisburg, PA. Seamus and Dylan competed at Nationals last year and couldn’t wait to compete again this year! They added one new team member, Zain, and can’t wait to see all that Minneapolis has to offer!
The Desert Wind Rats consist of only one rat now. Leonardo is competing for his 3rd year in Kidwind. His partners were not able to compete this year, so he has decided to go it alone. We hail from the hot and windy Coachella Valley. We are excited to compete and experience Minneapolis.
We are Engineering III/IV students from Smithfield, VA. Our two seniors, Shelby and Jacob, were part of The Goon Squad national team from 2023. Our two newest members, Katie and Seneca, joined in the Fall of 2023.
The REAL Deal is returning for their third shot at The World KidWind Challenge. They have been in the Renewable Energy Academy of Learning for 4 years now.
We are a returning 6th-8th grade team from West Texas. This is our 2nd year to compete in the KidWind Challenge and making it to the Worlds competition. We are excited to keep learning and competing with the KidWind Project!
