HaileyAnne and Holly are new to the Clean Energy Olympics scene. After learning about solar energy, the two girls teamed up to compete at Alaska’s Clean Energy Olympics by building and lighting up a model castle. They are improving their castle and looking forward to competing at Worlds.

Hi! We are Hobbits of the Wind. One of the other member’s of our school team came up with it, and we loved it! We are sophomores at Exeter-West Greenwich High School. We plan on staying on the Wind Turbine Team and working on turbines. This is our first time going to Worlds!

We are the Honey Badgers! We are a team of 5th graders from Charlottesville Va competing in our first year of KidWind. Our motto is “Last test, best test!”.

With a collective skill set in green energy technology, our team of three determined girls eagerly anticipates the 2024 KidWind World Challenge. Zara, Anou, and Jessica are students who love to explore the different possibilities for their future careers. Due to their innovativeness, they won the district-wide KidWind Challenge in our place. They are now ready to come to par with their constituents and compete in the World KidWind Challenge.

Mervo 110110 is made up of 2 juniors (class of 25) from Mervo High School in Baltimore, MD. This year was their second time competing in KidWind and the first time they will complete in Nationals. They are excited to represent the school and the district.
