Wyatt, Ellis, and Noah began their adventure in January 2026, by just learning a bit about KidWind. These few short months later, they have turned themselves into experts on their wind turbine and enjoy applying the scientific method to find what combination of pitch, angle, distance from fan, etc. gives them optimal Joule output. As they say, the smallest change can make a BIG difference! They won the NE regional in Kansas and took 2nd at the state competition.
