Our KidWind team is a group of innovative and motivated high school students passionate about renewable energy and engineering design. Through hands-on learning, collaboration, and creativity, we design, build, and test custom wind turbines to compete in regional, state, and national KidWind Challenges. Along the way, we apply principles of physics, environmental science, and engineering, gaining real-world experience in sustainable technology and problem-solving.
Beyond competition, our team values teamwork, perseverance, and the pursuit of practical solutions to global energy challenges — all while having fun and building skills for future STEM careers.
